Ich verstehe die Umrechnungen in binär nicht.

Ich soll z.B. 8GB, 3TB, 4,7GB in Kapazität binär umrechnen.

Dass 1 kibit = 1024 Bits beträgt, das weiß ich, aber kann mir eventuell jemand erklären wie die Umrechnung genau geht?

Umrechnungsfaktoren

1 TiB = 1024 GiB
1 TB = 1000 GB
1 GiB = 1024 MiB
1 GB = 1000 MB
1 MiB = 1024 KiB
1 MB = 1000 KB
1 KiB = 1024 B
1 KB = 1000 B

Beispiel

\(\begin{aligned} & 8\,\mathrm{GB}\\ =\, & 8\cdot1000\,\mathrm{MB}\\ =\, & 8\cdot1000\cdot1000\,\mathrm{KB}\\ =\, & 8\cdot1000\cdot1000\cdot1000\,\mathrm{B}\\ =\, & 8\cdot1000\cdot1000\cdot1000\cdot\frac{1}{1024}\,\mathrm{KiB}\\ =\, & 8\cdot1000\cdot1000\cdot1000\cdot\frac{1}{1024}\cdot\frac{1}{1024}\,\mathrm{MiB}\\ =\, & 8\cdot1000\cdot1000\cdot1000\cdot\frac{1}{1024}\cdot\frac{1}{1024}\cdot\frac{1}{1024}\,\mathrm{GiB} \end{aligned}\)
